APHA Winter Hawk hockey programs at the U11-18 fall under two categories:

• Winnipeg West League:
  • U11 
• Direct Entry:
  • U13 
  • U15 
  • U18 

All APHA male teams are the APHA Winter Hawks

Age Group Specifics

U9A

*     Teams will be formed in the A1 level only

U11 

• Teams will be formed in the A1 - A5 levels

U13 

• Players can choose to try out for AA (through Hockey Wpg)
• Teams will be formed in the A1 - A5

U15 

• Players can choose to try out for AA or AAA  (Hockey Wpg)
• Teams will be formed in A1, A1 non contact, A2 and A2 non contact

U18 

• Players can choose to try out for AAA/AA (Hockey Wpg)
• Teams will be formed in the A1, A1 non contact, A2 and A2 non contact
